Process Engineering Business Development Manager Description:

• Creating and executing on the ISN's Process and Solutions business plans to grow our DCS/SCADA technology portfolio.

• Establishing the ISN's process line card (instrumentation strategy) and solutions line card (including system integrators, contractors & equipment builders).

• Commercially articulating our chosen technology partner such as Rockwell Automation’s PlantPAX strategy, integrated Power into Process Control/Connected Enterprise as part of a delivered value proposition.

• Defining the competency expectations of their resources including sales management, sales representatives, automation management, and technical consultants.

• Acting as a liaison between Rockwell Automation’s business units in their territory.

Skills:

• Lead the disciplined sales process in identifying Process and Solution opportunities.
• Ensure sufficient funnel in Process and Solutions Business space to achieve plan.
• Coordinate and manage business to business relationships within industrial process for System Integrators, Industrial End customers, Industrial Contractors, and Equipment Builders.
• Define an instrumentation strategy and process product line card.
• Have technical understanding of Process I/O and networking to provide customers with guidance.
• Basic knowledge of Panel Design, PLC's, SCADA design/programming and Intelligent Motor Control.
• Able to articulate benefits of the Process System Library.
• Use of process related tools (i.e. Plant PAx System Estimator)
• Develop competency Programs with the APR for sales management, sales representatives, automation management, and technical consultants.

Minimum Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or technology diploma in related technical field or equivalent experience is required.
• Demonstrated knowledge & understanding of Process Industry standards & terminology.
• Knowledge of control systems and computer technology.
• Knowledge of Rockwell Automations PlantPAx system and utilities is a plus.
• Strong Process/Loop Control/HMI application knowledge.
• Strong interpersonal communications, analytical and problem solving, organizational and written/verbal communication skills required.
• Agility to influence and guide team members when required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $70,000.00 per year
